THE
PANTHER
It
is not the king of the African wilderness.
Nor the lord of the jungles of Bengala.
It is a Panther. Discreet. Maybe invisible.
Yet it was chosen by Sir Rudyard Kipling
as the symbol of those who know how
to protect and guide those in need
to follow their own paths. With prudence,
sagacity and cunning. Thinking only
of moving forward, avoiding the dangers
to deliver, as soon as possible, those
at his charge to their destination.
Fighting fiercely, but only when absolutely
necessary, and then even against the
lord of the jungle... because what
is important is to be efficient and
to reach the end of the way, and not
brightness and distinctions.
